When you want to left the consultancy after serving 90 days NP ,they will not return your original documents. There are many targets for salary. Intially they will hired you for internal hiring after external hiring. There are unnecessary deduction in salary. If you want spoil your career then you can go there. I work there for 6 months they never return my documents.
