      Avantages

      New GM in Breinigsville is very strong. New HR is well-partnered with operations. New client base is rapidly expanding. Good time to join this company if able to multi-task and operate well with new business. Labor force in this location is very dedicated and proficient, and does not present challenges typically associated with this demographic. Your personal contribution can make significant impact.

      Inconvénients

      Tech is aging. Customized client deliverables makes process standardization difficult. Historical company momentum is slow to change. All of these are recognized and being addressed, but will be difficult for someone who needs fully defined structure. Conversely, someone who can manage by principle in gray areas and foster strong business relationship can effect positive results.

Unfortunately, as a third-party logistics (3PL) provider, our staffing needs are directly tied to customer volume and contracts. At the time, the reduction in available work reflected changing business demands rather than employee performance. We wish you continued success in your future endeavors.

      Avantages

      There isn't many pros. My local team had good people in most positions.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate is out of touch with the local reality. They dont care about the emplyees. Pay for hourly workers is low. Demand for same employees is very high.
