There is no room for growth unless you become friends with the right people. Favoritism is shown daily. Those who come to work and have the knowledge required to do their job and obtain goals set for them are often over looked and under paid all while being filled with empty promises. To often are individuals put in charge of areas they know nothing about with little drive to learn or grow. Turn over rate is at a high and will continue to be so as most people managers and supervisor have either checked out of the want to better their employees or are only here to collect a pay check, HR has a very "OPEN" door policy nothing is said in confidential making it an uncomfortable work environment. This company cares more about pushing out product and scrap rate than addressing the quality and Putting the time in to satisfy their customers. I do not for see another 10 years of this company running if it continues to be lead in the same direction. You WILL NOT GET PAID WHAT YOU ARE WORTH!!!!! VERY LOW MORAL AND NO TEAM ENVIRONMENT!!
