Avantages

Pretty good benefits, medical, dental, mileage reimbursement. The training program was good as well, they paid you with a gift card for every certification that you got while working there. Good place to rack up on Certifications.

Inconvénients

Working at a client site, definitely felt a disconnect from the offices of Custom Computer. I felt like I worked for the client site more then Custom. Made going to Christmas party awkward, when I would meet with all of the other Custom employees that I did not know, just for one example. They pay here is also very low, being that you are contracted to another company, and they can only pay you but so much money so that Custom can make money from where you are contracted to, though this is to be expected.

Avantages

Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

Inconvénients

As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.

Avantages

CCS has supportive colleagues, the dress code is relaxed (except when client facing), managers and higher ups are open to discussions and make themselves available, and communication is generally good.

Inconvénients

Not a lot of room for upward mobility, employee insurance is expensive, vacation policy (no rollover allowed, start at 2 weeks, max 4 weeks for any employee regardless of length of tenure).
