It's a place where if you're committed to the cause of working hard to serve the customers and be a good team member, you can definitely be successful, grow in your skills, and be very happy here. The people posting negative reviews here are probably not committed to the cause. This is a great company that cares about their people.

      Hard work is recognized and rewarded. High employee retention - large average tenure of years worked. Very good rapport between employees and management. Fosters a professional environment while also engaging on a personal level. Growth opportunities available.

      Inconvénients

      As with any high volume businesses, there is room for growing internal systems to be more efficient.

      Avantages

      Collaborative team environment. The people here are genuinely nice and willing to help each other succeed. There are good opportunities to learn and grow through department transfers and stretch projects and we've seen multiple internal promotions as well.

      Inconvénients

      As with many growing organizations, there have been some growing pains, but processes have been evaluated and refined with noticeable improvements.
