Hired BCG who also doesn’t understand the industry. Lack of investment. Legacy tech did not age well Took away most benefits. Insurance plan is terrible. Won’t admit they are doing layoffs even as they are escorting people out Have a RTO mandate but are crushing people into smaller spaces. No vision, no investment, no commitment to employees Again if you are not in I dia you won’t get access to tech, tools, or people to do your work.
