The staff has been incredible with the onboarding process and Lauren has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been set up for success. I worked directly under Lauren for my first project and the support was incredible. I have since trnasitiond to a second project where I am directly under the supervision of Bhavin (chief Technology officer), working under his guidance has been very eye opening with regards to just how much I still have to learn as a software developer. This summer has been amazing, and my time with CTRL+ has shown me that I really want to be part of the tech industry.
