      I really can't think of any.

      Inconvénients

      No vision or focus. SLT are clueless. GTM strategy is constantly being revised....along with messaging and pricing. Core managed service offering (Crux Forge) is just about fit for purpose...on a good day. SaaS offering was so badly engineered it was withdrawn within 4 weeks of launch.
