      1. Good work life balance 2. Seniors are always there to help 3. People are friendly except for a few 4. There are always fun activities organised by the HR team

      Inconvénients

      1. Nobody talks of appraisal 2. Not many projects right now 3. Unlike MNCs, people use sir/mam instead of their names for seniors

      Avantages

      Salary was always on time.

      Inconvénients

      Too much micromanagement, including monitoring your personal devices and communications on a daily basis to check whether you've messaged clients or not. Too much pressure to meet targets, and employees are questioned even when taking legitimate sick leave, which is often dismissed as “drama.” Lot of interference from CEO Bharat, a typical "Lala Company"

      Good to learn, beginner friendly, small scale tight knight, every year comp revaluations, nice work life balance
