Avantages
I enjoy the challenges of the job and the changing atmosphere. I think there are many opportunities within the firm and that employees are offered an opportunity to succeed. The career allows individuals that want to succeed the opportunity to succeed.
Inconvénients
Don't believe that management is always straight forward and communicates effectively with the professionals. Fed a company line. Goals set for growth seem to be a bit far fetched and senior management seems to be too quick to change positions. Also, I don't think that the ownership group is on the same page and the direction the firm is trying to take does not line up with everyone's objectives.
