Avantages
- Product and Partners: CrossInstall excels at being a very effective DSP with amazing data science and engineering teams behind it. The other business side of CrossInstall is providing services of a one-stop-shop for creative production with a focus on interactive playable ads. The synergy between two lines of business, outstanding creative and business teams, and close partnerships with Facebook, Google, and other networks are the reason CI is one of the leaders in ad tech industry. - Trust and transparency: I feel comfortable bringing up almost any issue and discussing it with my leaders. I see the vast majority of the decisions made here have solid logic behind them (even if I don't agree with it) and are properly explained to all parties involved. I always feel heard, can comfortably reach out to anyone with questions, and get a sense that my perspective is valued. - Fair response to changes: CI handles various transitions and a multitude of complex situations in a way that makes me feel very confident about the future of the company, regardless of how much we pivot our product or change processes internally. - People! I am continuously impressed with how CI manages to be so results-oriented and yet be so on target with picking extremely kind and intelligent people that enjoy being with each other. The community here is something that I believe very few companies in the world have and I hope it continues to be that way throughout our rapid growth stage.
Inconvénients
- The flip side of working in adtech is how quickly different products and features are being introduced to the market. This leads to a fast-paced environment where you have to be adaptable in order to grow. - Interactive media is fairly novel and a good amount of jumping through hoops is necessary for various integrations. - Accelerated growth leads to growing pains and focus can be split in many directions.
