Avantages
Some very nice colleagues, and it is nice to work with so many clients. Would be an ok option for Registered Nurses as there is plenty of work.
Inconvénients
Horrible office culture full of bullying (even from management), lack of transparency and no accountability or repercussions for bad behavior. Any repercussions are volatile and directed at the wrong people. There is a massive internal staff turnover due to resignations and people being let go constantly as if that is the only option for resolution, and this makes sense as there is no HR in this massive company. Many colleagues had on shifts are paid at very very different levels, and this was always upsetting to hear on the same shift as another care worker may be getting much more for no real reason. They only care about making money for themselves and many staff are worked into the ground by this, and us staff working on the frontline are paid as little as possible. If I could give zero stars for ratings I would. I am looking forward to leaving as the same as many colleagues, this company feels like it is drowning in incompetence.
