      Avantages

      Great place to get experience out of college. A good transition company. Open to rehiring.

      Inconvénients

      Many changes in a short period of time that sometimes dont benefit anyone. Management goes through phases of micromanaging. Raises, bonuses, rewards don't happen. Inflation adjustment is basically all you get. High turnover rate Management has favorites and are sometimes quick to fire.

In accordance with our compensation philosophy, we conduct a comprehensive market review every 3 years and adjust compensation accordingly. The most recent market review was just completed in Q1 of 2026. We highly suggest bringing any specific concerns to leadership’s attention if you haven’t already.
