Avantages
some of the staff you meet become friends.
Inconvénients
they like to break the law a lot I had to get acas involved a few times, tried to force me on maternity and use my annual leave that I had not even accrued. wouldn't suspend me under health and safety despite acas and doctor instructing to and wanted to make me leave early, didnt contact me for a year so I had no keep in touch days whilst on maternity, got a random phone call asking my covid tests results which indicates they didnt even know I was gone. gave a pay rise to a certain unit because their staff keep leaving and nobody wants to work there, no communication if you email expect to wait weeks or just be ignored all together, had no real line manager as I was moved, the "line manager" I was supposed to have never emailed, rang or contacted me back, stuck with the same service user day in day out 5 days a week 8 hours per day because I was pregnant which took a toll on my own mental health as everybody knows its not good to stay With one person.
