An environment of blame, and at times very much a 'favourite and black sheep' mentality from the management that can change very quickly depending on mood. It's not a hostile environment at all, but you know when you've done something wrong - and so do the rest of the team.

Very bad management style and HR person is not confidential to discuss any problems Management don't trust experienced staff and micro-manage to the point that the staff turnover is incredibly high for the industry The rest of the team are nice enough although there is very little atmosphere in the office and it's not a traditionally friendly office environment.
