Avantages
1. Good coworkers 2. Variety of projects
Inconvénients
The policies at the company are highly misleading and problematic for employees: 1. The initial 10-day training period is unpaid, during which valuable learning opportunities are minimal. 2. The offer letter is withheld until the probation period, leaving employees uncertain about their terms of employment. 3. Freshers are not granted sufficient time to acclimate to the workflow. 4. Salary deductions not disclosed in the appointment letter occur under the guise of a "security deposit" deducted for up to a year, despite promises of a 10% salary increase post-probation. 5. The leave policy is extremely restrictive, offering only 6 days of casual leave and 6 days of sick leave per year with additional constraints imposed by the implementation of the sandwich rule for leave-taking.
