      You will learn many things in terms of development which is not common in the industry which is a plus.

      Inconvénients

      They believe to hire only entry level resources. Management is very rigid They are doing repetitive things now. So chances of including in new project are less.

      Avantages

      I joined CRE Innovations in my third year of BTech with very little knowledge of Android and backend development. Pankaj Sir (CEO of CRE Innovations) supported me at every stage, whether it was granting leave for exams or helping me learn and apply new technologies. Within 1.4 years, I gained extensive experience in backend, cloud, DevOps, and Android. HR Mam is very supportive and helpful in every situation. This isn't just a company; it's my second home. Everyone is friendly, and there's no need to feel stressed. The work culture is excellent, especially for freshers. Salaries are always credited on time, and we celebrate annual day and other occasions like a family. Pankaj Sir and seniors like Sajid Sir are incredibly supportive.
