Leading the way - Avis employé Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer Cpac Modular

I started working with CPAC modular late 2023 and during this time I have come to realize that CPAC modular is a wonderful company to work for. My first encounter was the interview for the position which was with Mark whitehead (Construction director) and Les Byrne (Quality manager) who were friendly and courteous during my interview process. From there I have had nothing but enjoyable experiences, all departmental managers are down to earth and treat everyone with equal respect. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Each department works together to achieve goals and reach targets, everybody wants to the company to succeed and expand. There is a lot of pride with fellow workers which is very freshening as it is good to see within a company. One thing I noticed is the company cares about everyone’s safety, it is a top priority and comes first before all else. Cpac modular are proud of how serious they take safety as they advertise a safety sign telling outsiders that CPAC modular are over 500 accident free days at work which is quite an achievement. What really inspires me with CPAC is the end result, CPAC Modular are expanding and making communities better in Ireland through the development of Projects such as schools and medical centers. This give communities better education facilities and local access to medical centers.
