Avantages
Good benefits and pay- not worth it though
Inconvénients
They claim to not be a nannying agency, but that’s exactly what they are. Nannies are a commodity and families are the customers, you’re a number & a dollar sign to them no matter what they tell you in interview. The support and guidance promised to me in interview was in no way executed properly (or at all in most cases)
As a nanny that’s done both private and agency nannying, I’d highly suggest sticking with private nannying and finding a family that has the resources to set up an independent tax-registered payroll system instead of selling your soul to these types of people.
