      Avantages

      I’ve been with codes again for less than a year but in the short amount of time that I’ve been with them I’ve seen nothing but greatness. You get paid every Friday. You are able to work independently but have the chance to go to playgroup and create play dates with other nanny’s/children. You have the support from HQ which is great. As long as you have open communication with everyone this is a breeze. Easily the best job I’ve ever had in my personal caregiving experience.

      Inconvénients

      I haven’t really found a con during my time. Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out who to reach out to with certain subjects but even then you can be redirected to the right person.

      They claim to not be a nannying agency, but that’s exactly what they are. Nannies are a commodity and families are the customers, you’re a number & a dollar sign to them no matter what they tell you in interview. The support and guidance promised to me in interview was in no way executed properly (or at all in most cases) As a nanny that’s done both private and agency nannying, I’d highly suggest sticking with private nannying and finding a family that has the resources to set up an independent tax-registered payroll system instead of selling your soul to these types of people.
