      Avantages

      Nice team, reasonable work load and WFH is always good.

      Inconvénients

      Some Project Managers do not understand the level of work required for a specific task ie. Setting deadlines on things that have a low level priority. This often causes unnecessary stress for employees.

      Avantages

      Great product Some excellent people Flexibility This has the potential to be a great place.

      Inconvénients

      Over-commitment from leadership. Sales team making promises that can't be met. Not enough resources to get it done. Leadership and direction is not clear enough.

      Just not enough people for all the work. Too many promises to clients without dev time No real career development opportunities
