Great people to work with and a great company to work for. Everyone was very helpful in getting me started and explaining my assignments. Not too much micromanaging, but checked in every once in a while to check on progress.

I can't think of any cons for this company or position. I would say the only thing is commuting because there aren't as many channels of public transportation to the office.

When I was there I really enjoyed the experience of working within my team. The people who I worked with have since left, but at that time that we all worked together it was a very enjoyable experience. We got a lot of great work done and we were all aligned under the same goals. There was a lot of things happening in the space and the company was growing very fast.

Teams have become very siloed and there isn't as much collaboration. It's become more of a fiefdom as the company has gotten bigger with top managers fighting to get resources and pass the buck. Too many people being hired to do very niche jobs rather than the wear-many-hats approach that allowed early employees to grow and explore and develop different skillsets. There's not a strong company culture. Steven is not exactly the most charismatic company leader and hasn't really stepped up to create any sort of strongly identifiable sense of culture and camaraderie.
