      Fast pace, close team, supportive, innovative, opportunity to grow, variety in role, Supportive Management, good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Smaller presence means there isn’t a central hub to gather. Main office in Fareham makes it difficult to get together regularly.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

      Inconvénients

      Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
