Salaries are higher than the average, but won't compensate at all the bad experience you suffer there
Inconvénients
Inept management, only there to make money. They don't care about employees - no communication at all and don't expect from them a professional behavior. They won't talk to you openly about anything and you can forget about work/life balance, that's out of the question! Turnover is huge, people are leaving the company on a massive scale - fact that doesn't seem to worry management too much. Really a very bad environment to work in. Promotions are usually given by favoritism while some efficient workers are just kept in average positions taking the full workload, which sometimes is too much and produces burnt-outs. Performance reviews are nonexistent and any kind of comment that just challenges a management or favorite's opinion is basically not allowed (if you don't want to get into real problems) Anyway, from my point of view the worst part has been the disrespect and the lack of honest communication from the management (and even more, to create an environment where employees are afraid to communicate). Added to the complete lack of resources, training and support == working there is a complete nightmare
