      Avantages

      The training at Coremetrics is some of the best I have had. There is no price that can be put on unlimited access to IBM training is brilliant

      Inconvénients

      Since IBM acquired Core metrics the culture has changed for the worse.What felt like working for a young startup changed over night to a very corporate environment.

      Complete lack of career path Systemic refusal to backfill positions lost to attrition, leading to organizational strain Seeming inability to place value on teams not directly tied to a revenue metric Lack of communication around employee attrition Lack of attention to feedback from customers and employees Increasingly negative atmosphere
