They barely give you any time off, you're expected to work on your "time off" and they make you feel like you're doing something wrong if you take it, no matter what the reason. Unless you're constantly working overtime without pay, working from home and bending over backwards to suck up to management, you're not living up to their expectations. Leaving on time is frowned upon and if you're even 5 minutes late in the morning you'll get written up. Your job is constantly on the line for frivolous reasons, if you can't keep up with the insane pace, unrealistic expectations, constant stress and pressure, or if management is just in a bad mood. Employees are not valued, they are overworked and underpaid and everyone is replaceable. Managers are obsessed with being in charge and making sure people follow their rules, they could care less about being good managers since they have no one to hold them accountable for their actions and bad behavior. There's absolutely no confidentiality, no professionalism and they perpetuate a rumor mill that could rival a junior high school. There are far too many other options out there to waste your time with this company.
