Avantages

Central London location is convenient and occasionally you will get to work with some interesting clients.

Inconvénients

The entire delivery team are micro managed to the nth degree. There are no meetings other than one to one dictates known as "2 minuters." The team are usually under resourced so simply have to work harder to attempt to meet client expectations and then deal with the inevitable fallout when these are not met. There is absolutely no training or time set aside for personal development.

I am sorry you had a negative experience working at Core. We have made improvements in Learning and Development and our internal communication since your time at Core. There is still work to be done but things are heading in the right direction.
