The company is very fluid in terms of everyone is treated equally, The people here value personal time and everyone is supportive. The benefits are not the best but they have been improving over the past few years. Lots of room for growth and they are heading in the right direction

As with any other consulting company, work availability depends on clients. If you roll off a gig they try to place you with another, but its all up to their clients. So the stability for consultants is not the best

I’ve been consulting for many years with several different companies but Coppei is unlike any consulting company I’ve worked for – they really listen to and support their people. I had been in a Technical Project Mgr role at the same client’s site for a few years and was ready for a change. I set an annual goal to move into a Product Manager role and used the training benefit to take classes toward that goal. Rather than being cut loose when I wanted to leave the former client (as I had experienced at a prior consulting company), Coppei 1) supported me to gracefully roll-off the former client, 2) allowed me to also take an extended leave to recharge my batteries, and 3) found a Product Manager role with a new client to move into at the end of my leave.
