~Work/life balance issues: One needs to work well over 40 hours a week--EVERY week--to stay on top of obligations. Emails needing a response at all hours of the day and night. ~Heavily bureaucratic: Wasted countless hours and energy searching for and getting answers to questions. It just didn't need to be that hard ~Onboarding practices and training are abysmal. ~Boss was unavailable/unapproachable. ~Not truly team-oriented. Everyone out for him/herself. ~Felt like a cog in a machine.
