Avantages
During my internship in Convert Group, I learned how to communicate efficiently with all my co-workers due to the friendly environment and the mindset developed by the company- the way to achieve is cooperation and commitment to results needed to be reached by the team.
Having a stable knowledge base was also especially important. Throughout my internship, I followed a training that included not only the basics about how sales work but also key information about the business world, the complexity of keeping a start-up company running, competition, and the importance of fast action. All this knowledge was transferred to me via my participation in business meetings, conversations with my team members (Sales team) and the C-levels, cooperation with Converters from different departments, weekly Q&A sessions, and online training. I am grateful for the devotion and time they invested in my preparation. I admire their professionalism and sociability- I felt safe to ask questions, and the responses were always accurate, descriptive, and respectful.
Finally, I will concentrate on the transparency in the execution of procedures. The system of communication and execution of tasks is well-organized and transparent, while the progress of the company is also tracked and discussed as a matter that concerns everybody, thus everyone has the right to express their opinion. This clarity and honesty are highly evaluated.
Inconvénients
I do not have a specific disadvantage to point out. I certainly believe that there is always room for progress, which is part of the evolvement procedure. Constant evaluation leads to the detection of the domains that are lacking behind, and Convert Group is trying to figure out an efficient system to cover this need.
