Avantages
Amazing company to work for. I've been with Converse for about 2.5 years and I could see myself here for the long run. Promoted from sales associate to a lead position. Great pay, great benefits, and random incentives all the time. Free clothes every few months, and sneakers. Great discount available with any ongoing sale. Definite room to move up in the company, as it is always growing. The name sells the sneaker.
Inconvénients
Upper management is iffy. If there is an issue you typically have to resolve it yourself, as district managers are MIA a lot of the time. Sometimes feels as though even store mangers are willing to throw you under the bus to save their own butt. A lot if the time you can't even go to the DM with issues with store manager so you're on your own.
