      Avantages

      Nice Health Insurance package, company car, historical products are nice quality, a shadow left of the original Convatec when it was great!

      Inconvénients

      The management team is from one end of the pendulum to the other. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) being appointed manager by unqualified VP. Demoralizing RSM, crass VP who has no idea how to do the job. HR borderline incompetent and legality lines crossed continuously. Territory Managers promoted on services provided to RSM's not the merit of their work provided to territory.

      Avantages

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
