      -Plenty of hours -Opportunity to learn industrial level electrical schematics for motor control

      Inconvénients

      -Mandatory saturdays on top of 50 hours worked Monday-Friday -Management is disconnected from the shop floor -Overwhelming majority of shop workers are inexperienced and are staffed through a temp agency

      Great management and good coworkers. Easy work. Can put earbuds in while on the job. Good experience.

      Poor work life balance. Overtime can feel suffocating.

      working environment ,conditions in a non-temperature control, extremely hot in summer time
