      Opportunity to learn many product line and to be involved it designing, production orders, manufacturing and assembly and testing.

      Avantages

      Hands on work. Always in the shop managing jobs and projects I have planned. Great education and knowledge of products and their use in the field. Great relationships with vendors and suppliers.

      Inconvénients

      Vacation days are slim, no paid sick days.

      Learn many facets of the industry and get your hands in each department

      Inconvénients

      No real entry/training program. Kinda just learn on the fly. The more you involve yourself, the more you learn.
