Avantages
The pros are you can sit while doing assembly which is nice when you are working a ten hour shift. On most jobs its allowed.
Inconvénients
The people are mostly all treated differently the workers with senority are pretty much running the company managers and the strange thing is that its like a Bosnia run company as they cant keep new employees unless the are Bosnian and they sabatage new workers and basivcally run them off, by being basically unwilling to treat new people fair. They will talk bosnian language and if you aren.t from Bosnia they wont tell you in English . They just dont care if you succeed or fail but then if you dont do something correctly because too many people dont want you there they will make sure you either quit and they wont hesitate to fire hard working folks in a recession also. They are very unprofessional and need to get there discriminating bosses to be fair as well as the Bosnian community Very loud and they are rude to new employees.
