      Avantages

      Absolutely loved my manager, Jen. As a small company they really had it figured out regarding how to treat employees and offer support in all facets of the process. Fully remote position but flew me out for training, holiday parties, and trade shows, it was nice to be able to connect with the team even from so far away and feel like they genuinely cared about me as a whole, not just in what I was able to produce

      Inconvénients

      As a small company though, there was some bottle necking happening in the Development realm. Not enough funding to fix the needs to help make the software more successful
