good Company provides Lunch provides Healthcare ( in-patient, out-patient) diverse culture ( all sorts of people from different backgrounds ) flexible timings ( but depends on Division to Divsion ) competitive Salary ( also give inflation allowances ) trainee program celebrates different occasions (eids etc) have indoor playing area (fooseball, table tennis,Carrom)
Inconvénients
sometimes time-flexibility issues with divisions. doesn't pay in Dollars, local currency fluctuates. every Rupee paid by the company is tax-deductible lengthy hiring process company doesn't force divisions to allow employees to work from home (even few days a week), company should have the say in such cases.
