      Avantages

      Has a relaxed work atmosphere

      Inconvénients

      Unorganized structure, confusing and frustrating reporting system, no room for advancement, no one ever in office, no office manager, been open for more than a year and only has two people working out of it, times where there was no work despite being full time, management is not very friendly.

      -Lots of Overtime Availability -Decent Company Culture -Full Autonomy in regards to field work, and company vehicle

      Inconvénients

      -Scheduling is at the whim of contractors and there will be last minute jobs -Management will throw you under the bus -Lack of communication or replies to emails is common
