Avantages

Great place to work and gain valuable manufacturing knowledge. Company maintains excellent values and understands work life balance which is rare in the manufacturing industry.

Inconvénients

None worth mentioning. It is a manufacturing plant so any "cons" worth mentioning would just be the nature of working in an industrial plant. If you are seeking an entry level position in manufacturing, this is a great place to get your feet wet.

Avantages

Good Starting Pay Health Benefits 401K New Bonus Plan Based on Production Quotas Steady Customer Base New Products=More Business Positive growth

Inconvénients

Minimum 6 day work week Once hired on, not a lot of opportunity for pay raises Terrible 401K Match Rate No Opportunity For Advancement Very Negative Atmosphere due to overworked employees Not Very Flexible with Days off No Sick Days or PTO Employees are forced to use Accrued Vacation Time when calling in sick or requesting a day off for a Doctor Appointment because you are accused of taking advantage of the system HR is slow to respond to Employee's needs i.e. took a week and a half (business days) to look into a sexual harassment claim Managers are nothing but Finger Pointers and not Leaders Managers dwell on Employee mistakes and constantly scold instead of leading them to success Revolving door of employees leads to excessive time training new employees Supervisors promoted then thrown to the wolves, so to speak Supervisors not having any prior experience or training on leadership When employees present a problem in the work place, they are considered a whiner or always complaining, told to man up by Managers Scold employees for having a bad attitude when they have a problem or just having a bad day. The next day that same manager will come in with the same attitude but it is considered okay because they are the Manager and have a lot harder job
