      Avantages

      Pros:- 1. Good place to learn at bits and bytes level in telecom domain. 2. Being a small company, everybody is reachable. 3. For some of the protocols, work is good. 4. WFH option is there.

      Inconvénients

      1. Some people who do the show-off are rewarded more. 2. Promotions are always not justified, it depends upon case-2-case basis. 3. Salary is above average. 4. Product level idea is difficult to obtain, most of the time ppl work on individual layers. 5. Growth of the company is very limited.

      compensation, work environment, good perks and activities from HR organized events.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. Tight deadlines. Need to go the extra mile. Internal support very limited.
