      Avantages

      Good foods,company arranges for team outing also.

      Inconvénients

      Lot of pressure from management on project timelines. Too much firing without giving any warning. Too much politics. even if you talk any personal thing in team , few team mates will share those things to upper management. work judgement is very bad.

      compensation, work environment, good perks and activities from HR organized events.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. Tight deadlines. Need to go the extra mile. Internal support very limited.
