      Avantages

      Nothing other than a weekly check.

      Inconvénients

      The worst part about CI is there lack of care for there employees mental health. There is absolutely no consideration of why there employees are frustrated. I can honestly say that I have never seen a company nose dive the way CI has over the past year and a half. It’s actually sad as they had some great talent. Unfortunately they struggled to see that and now the vast majority of their talent is gone.

      Avantages

      Team welcomed me with open arms. Everyone was extremely helpful and treated me like I had worked there for years. Coming from the tech industry into Construction Innovations was a page turner but I loved the challenge of learning something new. My boss was extremely professional and made sure I was well informed on each project.

      Inconvénients

      Due to personal needs, I was not able to work at CI for that long. I can't say I have any issues or concerns.

      Great office. Impressive indoor construction site.

      Inconvénients

      Competitors caught and passed. Reactive strategies. Minimal investment in innovation. Five stars for the wrong kind of diversity and inclusion.
