Avantages

The salary and benefits were good. You worked in a team environment where everyone was held accountable for there role.

Inconvénients

This company was the only federal division in the company. It was challenging to work with the parent company that mainly work in the commercial arena. Leadership did not go to bat for its staff with the parent company. It was understaffed, employees had to wear many hats and did not receive raises for their efforts.

That Division is empowered to conduct business in a manner to grow our business and ensure success. We continually strive to recognize achievement. The position referenced here is a Contracts role, where we offer yearly performance reviews and employees are eligible for merit increases based on the quality of their work.

Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

Inconvénients

Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
