      Pay is fair until they see you are a hard worker, then they expect you to pick up everyone's slack.

      Inconvénients

      If you have a good work ethic, you will bust your butt for nothing. Raises are a joke.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
