Avantages
The people are what make Connection so great. I’ve never worked for a company that has such a great culture and everyone rallying around a common goal. No company is perfect but after almost 4 years I have learned so much and feel very supported by management and co-workers. Even during COVID-19 I am having the best year in sales and tracking for a promotion. Management truly cares about professional development and the third party sales training was an awesome idea. Connection is a place where you can truly build a career as many of my co-workers have double digit tenure.
Inconvénients
The systems were definitely in need of an update. The new systems have been a struggle to deal with. Management fortunately understands the challenges and have been making measured improvements. The sales role is not an easy job but that is communicated even during the interview process. If you are prepared to work hard and focus on your own development, you can have a very awesome career here.
