      family atmosphere, leadership cares about each person and works hard alongside the team to accomplish goals and serve clients

      Inconvénients

      there has been some recent role and people changes, company is trying to restructure to grow and find the right people and roles

      I can't think of any, I didn't enjoy the last several years of my employment.

      Management went weirdly political and punished dissenters.
