      Avantages

      Really interesting work where you never stop learning. Flexible work policies with good benefits and salary for a nonprofit. Can grow a lot and have a lot of autonomy quickly, but also don't feel overworked or stretched thin.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of change - need to be comfortable with not always having clear answers or direction and sometimes the answer changes.

      Avantages

      CT RISE is very organized and thoughtful. They care so deeply and genuinely not about the mission but about their employees. I feel very lucky to work here!
