      Nice people. Impressive customer list.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of traditional sales support. Unstable products with unclear product roadmap. Lack of effective marketing and lead generation. Lack of diversity within the company - especially within leadership. Lack of leadership who understands market dynamics, competition and how to position the company for success.

      Avantages

      Great work-life balance. Management takes overall health and well-being of employees seriously. Working with colleagues from around the world is a major plus. Having worked for the company for five years, I have had several roles of increasing responsibility, working in both Denmark and the US, so there is definitely potential to advance.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits package in US could be stronger.

      Hi, We are sorry to hear that you have had some negative experiences during your time at Configit. We are genuinely surprised by the allegations regarding racism, as we take pride in having a very open and communicative culture, represented with colleagues from many different backgrounds and experiences, and more than 25 nationalities. We have an annual engagement survey where you are free to voice your opinions , including if we act according to our values and we also have a Whistleblower mechanism in place, which has never brought any incidents of this nature to our attention.
