      Avantages

      Great opportunities to travel, visit some excellent event venues & a lot of exposure to how things work in the conference world.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership resulting in unhappy staff - many overworked & stressed while others do very little and it goes unnoticed due to poor management & delegation.

      Met some lovely people I have to write 20 words but I really don't have any more pros for this company

      Inconvénients

      Worst company ever worked for. No appreciation for your work. No training Manager communication is awful. Bully tactics used a lot

      Avantages

      It’s a great company to get exposure to the industry and you are given responsibility and trusted to do your job. There has been a dramatic improvement in the overall culture and there’s a great team here and we get to work on some great conferences at home and abroad.

      Inconvénients

      It can be busy but that’s the nature of the industry.
