Avantages

- Close to home. - Well-chosen premises. - The package is a bit higher than many other places.

Inconvénients

- Opportunities are given based on favouritism rather than efficiency and actual competency. - No room for innovation: I proposed a few ideas to address and resolve multiple challenges being faced on an operational level. After many great thanks, they were all ignored and archived, and the challenges remained the same. - Scamming Service Providers: I had a heart attack on my 3rd day of employment, and the medical insurance provider refused to cover my medical expenses on the basis of never-communicated policies. I have been escalating the case internally for almost a year now across all internal escalation levels and the company kept on repeating the same excuses of not adhering to the never-communicated policies. I was offered an "exceptional compromise" to process 30k out of a 78k claim. I rejected this "exception" because I didn't violate a single policy communicated by either the company or the scamming provider. I was even threatened by the local management with severe consequences if I decided to share this experience publically and on Glassdoor specifically, which is one of many reasons why I'm sharing it. The whole case (in detail) has been documented in an email thread that I uploaded and published on my own Google Drive, but Glassdoor does not allow sharing a link to the email thread in my review.

Avantages

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Inconvénients

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Inconvénients

Lie about base pay and pay structure Most bonus pay is tied to surveys so things outside of your control will screw you. (i.e. customer asking for something your not allowed to do so they rate you badly on the survey.) Office politics and some terrible managers that will go out of their way to get you in trouble.(i.e. You had a technical issue during a call and had to disconnect[not uncommon thing] and they'll bring it up with upper management acting like you hung up for no reason. Schedule will change constantly and often little notice. -Mandatory hour cuts and overtime within 2 weeks of each other -Schedule can shift from M-F 8 to 5 to Thursday to Monday 1 to 10. HR will lead you on about opportunities in other departments but they never actually open for you.
