Inconvénients
1. Incompetent sales/account managers create a political environment to put delivery leaders down. They have ability or influence to say black as white and EVP supports the claim. Extremely surprising to see how such incompetent PK account managers survive just by wining & dining with customer without any domain/technology/account management/sales knowledge. Exec management follows halo effect without proper due diligence 2. Upward management is given more priority than merit, prior experience and competency 3. Bad and very political management workplace experience at PK.
